Egg Bake Casserole
When I saw this casserole pan, I had to have it!
There is something about white x blue kitchenware that I’m attracted to…
So it was an easy decision to make an egg casserole for breakfast yesterday.
There are a lot of veggies in this casserole and it is exactly the way I like my egg bake!
8 eggs
1/4 cup soy milk
1/2 onion, chopped and sauteed
1/2 green pepper, chopped and sauteed
1 cup chopped Bunapi mushroom, sauteed
1 sweet potato, diced and cooked
2 tablespoons chopped scallion
1 cup roughly torn bread
salt and pepper
1/3 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
2. Mix eggs and milk well. Add all the other ingredients except for cheese. Cover with foil.
3. Bake for about 40 minutes until cooked through. Remove the foil. Sprinkle cheese on top. Continue to cook for another few minutes until cheese melts.
具だくさん朝食キャセロール
昨日ホームグッズという雑貨屋さんで衝動買いしたキャセロール型。
白ｘ青の組み合わせに弱い私なのです。。。
で、それなら朝食はキャセロールでしょう、ということで、卵のキャセロールを作りました。
具は、玉ねぎ、ピーマン、ぶなぴー、オレンジ色のスイートポテト、小ネギ、そして、粗くちぎったパン。
本当はパンは入れる予定ではなかったのですが、型に比べて、量が足りないかな、と思って入れたら、足りないどころか、いっぱいいっぱい。
しかも、具だくさん過ぎぐらいな感じ。。。
でも出来上がりは、意外にも、このパンがテリーに好評~。
具だくさんなところも出来てみればよかったです。
そして、そして、とうとう購入してしまいました～！
もう最近右を向いても左を向いても、このコーヒーポットばかりに目がいって困ってまして（笑）。
ついに購入～！
シンプルで、操作するボタンがないところが私にぴったり（笑）。
