Mom’s Cookies
I don’t make a lot of cookies very often, but this time of the year I crave for cookies.
Well, not any kind of cookies, but the cookies that my mom used to make.
I was afraid that I might have lost the recipe during our move to our condo, but it apparently made it okay because I found it in my big recipe pile!
These cookies are light yet flaky, buttery, and addictive. Just as I remembered…

母のクッキー
クッキーはあまり作ることが多いものではないのですが、この時期になるとクッキーが食べたくなります。
特に母が昔よく作ってくれていたクッキー。
数年前にレシピをメールしてもらっていたのですが、引っ越しに紛れてなくしてしまったのではないか、とちょっと不安だったんですよね。
でも、レシピ紙束を一枚ずつチェックしてみたら、ありました～！
シンプルなレシピながら、コレ、やっぱり美味しいのです。
そして、今回初めて、アルファベットスタンプを使ってみました。
購入して以来もう数か月たっていたのですが、使いたくってうずうずしていたんですよね。
思ったより簡単で、なかなか綺麗に文字が入って満足～！
こういう作業結構好きな自分に自分がびっくり（笑）。
