Brownies!
Best brownies ever!! I didn’t make this specifically for Valentine’s day, but it will be a perfect gift for that occasion, too! Make sure to eat them when they are just out of the fridge.

バレンタインデー用に作ったわけではありませんが、バレンタインデーに渡しても絶対喜ばれますよ～（笑）。
バターたっぷり、とってもリッチな出来上がり。
これまで食べたブラウニーの中で一番おいしかった～！

このブラウニー、冷やしたところを食べるのが絶対においしいです。
ちなみに我が家はバレンタインチョコはなし。
テリー甘いものは控えるようにしてるんで。
うちにあるとついつい食べちゃうしね～（笑）。
バレンタインデーは、たぶんカードを交換して（バレンタインデーはこちらでは明日）、週末に食事に出かける予定です。

I’ve had her recipe in my files for years and in fact, my friend bought me the correct size baking pan to make them. But! I’ve never made them. I don’t keep extra large eggs around. Universally speaking in the U.S. all recipes are developed using large size eggs, so that’s what I have on hand. Extra large eggs may give you up to 1 tablespoon more liquid per egg and can throw off a formula. I’ll have to go to the Incredible Edible Egg website to look at their egg equivalency chart so I can weigh or measure my eggs when I do decide to make this recipe. Why do you like this recipe so much? Are they fudge and moist? Chewy? They look good.

It’s interesting that all recipes are developed using large size eggs in the US. I love learning things about food from you!
I liked these brownies because they are fudge, moist, chewy, and they’ve got the right rich chocolate flavor. I’ll remember to bring some over next time I make it. 🙂

今度、ご紹介のレシピで作ってみようかな～（分かるかしら？）
何語か分かりませんが新聞？の上にのせたお菓子、素敵です。
私にとってアルファベットはデザインの一部で
読むものではないのです。
だから、時々、びっくりするような英語がプリントされている衣類を買ってきて娘からひんしゅくをかいます。
ちなみに最近では「SCHOOL GIRL」と書かれたまっ黄色のシャツを着て注意されました。
すみません、ブラウニーから外れたコメントになってしまいました。

ありますね～、びっくりするような英語が書かれたTシャツ（笑）。
こちらで、びっくりするような漢字が書かれたTシャツを見るのと同じなのでしょうね。
