Yuzu Marmalade Goat Cheese Flatbread
When we moved to the city from the suburb two years ago, one big concern I had was that I wasn’t sure if I could find a decent grocery store nearby.
Well, we were so lucky.
Right around the same time we moved here a new grocery store just opened a few minutes walk away from our place.
It’s a bit more expensive than other stores (I found that there are actually several grocery store options within the 10 minute drive distance), but they have an interesting selection.
I often find something unique that you usually don’t see at other stores and that really excites me.
When I found “yuzu” marmalade a few weeks ago, I was speechless!
Yuzu is a Japanese citrus fruit and the flavor is so refreshing and lovely.
It goes so well with goat cheese on this flatbread, and this makes a wonderful snack that will accompany a glass of wine so perfectly.
1/2 cup goat cheese, crumbled
2~3 tablespoons yuzu marmalade
freshly ground black pepper
1. Place goat cheese and yuzu marmalade on baked flatbread.
2. Sprinkle freshly ground black pepper.

近所のスーパー、ちょっと高めなのですが、
他のスーパーには売ってないようなものが見つかるのが楽しいところ。
別に要るものもないのに、散歩と称して、歩いていくことよくあります（笑）。
先日見つけて嬉しかったのがコレ、柚子マーマレード。
日本製！
これまたちょっとお高めですが、迷わず購入。
早速大好きな山羊乳チーズと一緒に、かりっと焼き上げたピザ（フラットブレッド）にのせていただきました。
黒胡椒をふるのもイケます。
そしてこちらはつい最近衝動買いしてしまったコート。
テリーに、“クラッシ―（Classy)！”と言われたら買うしかないでしょう（笑）。
ちょっと分かり難いかもしれませんが、紺色の布生地に、黒の革がところどころ使われてます。
チャックの開け具合で襟の部分の雰囲気がかなり変わるのが面白い。
こちらは上までぴっちり閉めたところ。
ベルトも紺色の布と黒の皮が表と裏になってるところもさりげなくいい感じ。
