Brownies

Almost every night recently a few hours after dinner, let’s say around 10 p.m. I have this craving for sweets, most of the time for chocolate. I don’t understand…. When I was younger I never had a sweet tooth. I was rather a weird teenager that would choose sushi over donuts. So I don’t know what happened, but something must have changed in me about 10 years ago. I try not to eat too many sweets late at night, but if I do, I want to eat something good. So these brownies have been my recent go-to after-dinner snack. Here is my current favorite brownie recipe. These are easy and quick to make and absolutely delicious.

夜夕ご飯も終わって、のんびりテレビを見ながら、１０時ぐらいになると、

なんか甘いものが食べたいね～、

となるのはうちだけでしょうか？？？

子供のころは、食後のデザートといったら、果物。

あの頃はなんとも健康的な食生活だったなあ、と（笑）。

それが最近は、チョコレートが恋しくなるんですよね。。。

で、夜の１０時からごそごそとよく作っているのがコレ、ブラウニー。

うちに大抵ある材料でできること、比較的短時間でできること、沢山洗い物ができないこと、

なんていうのがポイントでしょうか。
