Broccoli Pot Stickers
I finally bought a nonstick pan. I don’t know why I waited this long! This makes a huge difference when it comes to cooking pot stickers. Even though the name suggests they are supposed to stick to the pot/pan, they really shouldn’t. Seeing your beautifully folded pot stickers start falling apart is heart breaking. So this time I was so happy to see my pot stickers come out of the pan without any tears or holes! This is not vegan as there is some ground pork inside, but I added lots of chopped broccoli and the filling looks very green, which makes me feel good.
Filling: ground pork, garlic, ginger, cooked cabbage, cooked broccoli, green onion, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, pepper
ブロッコリ餃子
茹でたブロッコリをフードプロセッサーで粗く刻んだものをた～っぷり入れた餃子です。
豚肉もキャベツもちょっと入ってるんだけどね。
あえて、ブロッコリ餃子と呼んでみました。
久しぶりの餃子、本当に美味しくって、大量に作って大量に食べました。
テリーも大好きなので、いつも沢山作りますよ～。
そして、とうとうテフロンのフライパンを買いました～！
やっぱり餃子はコレで焼くと上手に焼ける～。
いつもひっついてしまって、き～っ！となっていたのに、今回は終始穏やかに焼きあがりました（笑）。
高いものじゃないんだから、もっと早く買えばよかった。
