Homemade Pasta with Mushroom Sauce

I don’t make creamy sauce much any more. When I’m in a mood for cream sauce, I now use soy milk and make Bechamel sauce with it. The other day I was in a mood for creamy mushroom sauce for my homemade pasta but I didn’t feel like using Bechamel sauce. So instead of my soy Bechamel sauce or heavy cream, I decided to use Greek yogurt to thicken the sauce.

Creamy mushroom sauce: canola oil, garlic, onion, mushrooms, white wine, beef stock, Greem yogurt, cane sugar, salt, pepper

最近は生クリームをほとんど使わないようになったので、クリーミーなソースの出番も減りました。

が、先日パスタを自分で作ったとき、どうしてもクリーミーなマッシュルームにあわせたくって、こんなものを作ってみました。

生クリームの代わりにギリシャヨーグルト（ふつうのヨーグルトより濃厚）でクリーミーさを出して。

さっぱりしていながら、ヨーグルトの酸味も加わってなかなかいい感じ～。
