Beet and Orange Salad

The beets were from a can but they were marinated in spiced vinegar marinade. The dark purple beets and the oranges are so beautiful together! The salad was served with mustard dressing.

ビートは缶詰のものを使いましたが、スパイス入り酢漬けにして、サラダに入れてみました～。

ビートの濃い紫色とオレンジ色がさわやかなです。
