Turkey Brie Sandwich with Cranberry Horseradish Mayo

The idea for this sandwich came from my brother-in-law. He recently told me about this turkey and brie sandwich he had tried at work. It just sounded so good that I wanted to make one myself. He told me that there was cranberry aioli sauce in that sandwich. It sounded good but I cheated here and made my own easy version of cranberry sauce, by mixing canned cranberry sauce, mayo, and horseradish sauce. I also put some spinach to add the green color. I did use wild rice bread just as he told me, though (I made these rolls myself!). This was so good and Terry and I had the same sandwich two days in a row! Thank you for the great idea, Brian!

コレ、ホテルで働く義妹のご主人からアイデアをそっくりもらって作ったサンドイッチ。

彼はセールス関係のお仕事なんだけれども、ホテルのレストランにあるメニュー試食なんかをする機会があるらしく、こんなのを先日試食したよ、と教えてくれたもの。

七面鳥のスライス、ブリーチーズ（カマンベールみたいな白カビチーズ）、そして、クランベリーアイオリソース（アイオリソースはにんにくと油、卵黄で作るマヨネーズみたいなソース）がワイルドライス入りのパンでサンド、とのこと。

あまりに美味しそうだったので、すぐにうちでも作ってみたのがコレ。
実はこのために、このワイルドライスロールを作っていた。

アイオリソースは作るのが面倒だったので、市販の缶詰クランベリーソースをマヨネーズ、ホースラディッシュソースとあえたものを使った。

ピンク色がなかなかいい感じ。

あと、ちょっと緑を入れたかったので、ほうれん草を少し。

ソースがぽとぽととこぼれるので食べにくいけど、テリーに好評だったよ～。
次の日に同じサンドイッチを作って、とリクエストされたしね～。
