Very Orange Cupcakes

Orange cupcakes with homemade orange curd inside were topped off with orange butter frosting. A perfect dessert for orange lovers like my husband and I.
One of the reasons I wanted to make cupcakes was that I wanted to use these pretty sugar flowers I had recently found at a craft store and fallen in love with. Terry says I should try making these myself. It would be great if I could design and make my own sugar flowers, but I always get intimidated when it comes to detailed work like this…

とってもオレンジカップケーキ

オレンジ風味のケーキ生地に、オレンジカードを中に入れ、さらに、オレンジ風味のバタークリームで仕上げた、オレンジ好きにはたまらないカップケーキ。
オレンジカードを中に入れるアイデアは夫から。
カップケーキ、１２個できたので、残ったものは職場に持っていこうと思っていたのに、あっという間になくなってしまった（笑）。
つい食後に一つ、と手が伸びてしまって。。。
