This is a really cool place. It’s officially called “wine bar”, but we like to go there for their pastry selection.
ブランチの後に寄ったのは、ここ。正確には、ワインバー、と呼ばれてますが、私たちはパン・スイーツ、コーヒー目的に行くところ。
There are several choices, but this is what I always look for. These are buttery danish-like buns with sweet black bean paste and cream filling.
ケースにはいろいろなスイーツがそろっているのですが、いつもお目当てはコレ。これ、餡子と生クリーム入りのデニッシュパン。半分に切ったところの写真を撮ろう撮ろうと思っていて、忘れてしまいました。。。餡子も生クリームもびっしりたっぷり入っているのですが、甘さ控えめで上品な味なんですよ。ちなみにここ、コーヒーも美味しいです。
We just tried their baguette for the first time. It was crusty outside and chewy inside, just the way I like. And it’s hard to find baguette like this in Minnesota (Hmmm, this statement sounds bad… sorry M).
ここのフランスパン、なかなかイケます。こういうぱりっとした焼き上がりのフランスパン、ミネソタでは見つけるの結構難しいんですよね（ごめんよ、ミネソタ（苦笑））。
They also have a deli section and sell good looking food, like salad, meat, sausage, cheese, stock, and jam. Oh and they have something called duck fat, too.
このお店、デりコーナーもあって、ジャム、お肉、ソーセージ、チーズ、ダックファット（鴨の脂）なんてのも売ってます。
