    Thank you for your interest! Here are the ingredients for this BBQ Tofu Burger: toasted whole wheat English muffin, (from the bottom) avocado slices, BBQ sauce(ingredients: please see the post above), tofu steak (salt, pepper, and dust tofu with flour then saute with salad oil), kale (sauteed in salad oil, salt and pepper), coleslaw(cabbage, carrots, vinegar, brown sugar, poppy seeds, cilantro, salt, pepper), red onion slices.     今は平日は、一人で夕飯を食べる事がほとんどなので、野菜を中心にしてみたりしてますが、土日は、野菜よりお肉たっぷりの食事です。。
    油っこいものと、お肉大好きな相方なので、体調のために、少しずつ、味覚も変わってほしいなぁ。

  • Yummy! Do you use extra-firm tofu and what is your favorite brand? I think I’ll make these this weekend.

    Thank you, Lori! I think I used extra-firm for this sandwich, but I like to use tofu of different firmness for different dishes. I can’t say I have a favorite brand, as I usually just get what they have at Cub (I believe they now sell the “House Foods” brand tofu). Generally the tofu I eat in the US seems to taste less soy than the tofu I grew up with in Japan. My mother used to buy fresh tofu directly from an individual local tofu maker.
