Ginger Cumin Carrot Soup

I know I say this all the time, but I love ginger. I pick up a small piece of ginger root from the grocery store every week. I don’t buy too big a piece. I’d rather use up what I buy in a week and go get another fresh piece the next week. Here is the carrot soup I made a few weeks ago. Ginger and cumin are a great flavor addition to the carrot soup and many other kinds of soup!

Ginger cumin soup: ginger, garlic, carrots, onion, water, cooked brown rice, vegetable base, bay leaf, brown sugar, cumin, salt, pepper

“生姜大好き！”っていつも言ってますね～（笑）。

ほぼ毎週のように生姜買ってます。

何にでも入れてますが、これは生姜たっぷりの人参スープ。

クミンというスパイスも隠し味に入ってま～す。

テリーにも大好評でした。

生姜クミン人参スープ：にんにく、生姜、玉ねぎ、人参、水、野菜ベース、クミン、ベイリーフ、ブラウンシュガー、ブラウンライス、塩、こしょう
