  • How do you achieve the plum flavor and color in the noodle? Quite lovely. I’m going to send you a recipe I developed for Land ‘O Lakes that reminds me of your pumpkin-maple-mayo salad. Mine is hot, but has similarities.

    もともと蕎麦スープ(なぜかスープと呼ばれてます)は好きな人なので、ぺろっと食べてくれました。

    I think you’ll like this plum noodle. Japanese plum is very different from the plum you have here. They are small and are usually made into preserved food with salt. The flavor is intense and bright.
