These were delicious and great with wine. I used ripened goat cheese Brie from Trader Joe’s.

生ハム巻き（ベーコン巻き）チーズチキン

一つは、小さく切った鶏肉とゴート（羊）チーズ、いちじくジャムを生ハムに巻いてオーブンで焼いたもの（上）。
もう一つは、小さく切った鶏肉とゴート（羊）チーズ、サンドライトマトをベーコンで巻いてオーブンで焼いたもの（下）。
両方ともワインのお供にぴったり。

今日、こちらの天気は何と夏日！！！(笑)
ビールの合いそうな天気です。
そういえば先日、曇りの日に、外で歩き回ってたら、
夜になって、顔が赤くてヒリヒリ･･･日焼けでした！！
日焼け止めは塗ってたのですが、この時期すでに紫外線は強いです☆

そちらはかなり暖かい（暑い？）のですね～。
この時期確かに油断していると日焼けしますよね。。。
こちらは今週末は冬に逆戻りみたいな天気です。
明日は雪が降るかもしれない、なんて言ってますし。。。
