Since there is a train station a few blocks from us, we like to hop on a train and explore the twin cities on the weekend. The other day while we were riding a train, we had a glimpse of this tiny restaurant just off of the University of Minnesota campus. The name “Tofu House” got us curious. So we decided to try it a week later.
