When I heard Nebraska, the first thing that came to me was “steak”! More specifically, the picture of the super thick steak you see in every single airline book you find when you fly. So when I discovered so many restaurants offering vegan/vegetarian food options, I was pleasantly surprised. There were several places I wanted to try, but we decided to have dinner at M’s Pub.
