Ginger Minestrone
I really enjoyed all the food during our vacation, but toward the end of it I started missing cooking and homemade food.
This year we went to Cancun, Mexico for a one-week vacation. We stayed at Hard Rock Resort on the beach. We stayed at Hard Rock hotel in Panama last year and we absolutely loved it so our expectation was high. Our hotel room in Cancun was not as large as the Panama one but still spacious and nicely decorated.
今年も寒いミネソタを少し抜け出して、1週間のバケーション。今回は、メキシコのカンクンというところへ行ってきました。昨年パナマで泊まったハードロックホテルが気に入ったので、カンクンのハードロックリゾートを予約。パナマほど大きい部屋ではなかったものの、それでも普通のホテルに比べると広い部屋。そして、ビーチの眺めが最高でした。
