Persimmon Prosciutto Roll

I made this last December and I apparently forgot about it. Persimmon, pecan nut, and goat cheese were rolled with prosciutto. I remember this being really good and I enjoyed it very much. But I also found a little note for myself that says “more persimmon and nuts and less cheese next time”.

実は日付を見たら、これ、昨年の１２月に作ったものでした～！！
写真を見つけて、そういえばこんなの作ってたなあ、と。
味は気に入ったので、どうして昨年ブログにアップしなかったのかは、？
熟した甘い柿とちょっと酸味のあるゴートチーズとピーカンナッツを生ハムでくるくるっと巻いたもの。
自分用の覚書として残っていたメモには、”次回は柿とナッツをもっといれてチーズは少なめに”、と書いてありました。
美味しい柿が手に入ったら、ちょっとユニークなワインのおつまみにいかがでしょう～。
