Asparagus with Miso Mayo

My mother-in-law brought these beautiful asparagus for us the other day. She picked them up from their grower on her way from Wisconsin to Minnesota. You could tell these asparagus were so fresh by just looking at them. I simply boiled them and served them with sweet miso mayo. Delicious!!

茹でアスパラガス＆味噌マヨ

先日義母が道端で売っていたというアスパラガスを持ってきてくれた。
農家から直接買ったというアスパラガスは、とっても新鮮！
シンプルに、茹でていただきました。
チューブ味噌とマヨをざっくりと混ぜたものをつけて食べたのだけれど、と～っても美味しかったです。
