Mini Open Tomato Sandwich

I like open sandwich because I can see what I’m eating! Tomato is definitely the star of this sandwich. But the horseradish/bacon mayo underneath the tomato is pretty tasty, too. It gives a nice smoky bacon flavor and an unexpected kick.
Tomato open sandwich: 12 grain toast, bacon, horseradish, mayo, sour cream, tomato slices, olives, parsley, salt, pepper, olive oil

オープンサンドイッチって好き。
自分が食べているものが見えるっていうのがいい（笑）。
ホースラデイッシュとベーコン入りのマヨ・サワークリームのぴりっとしたディップをトーストに塗ったのだけれどこれがフレッシュトマトとなかなかあう。
塩こしょうして、食べる直前にパセリを散らしてオリーブオイルを少したらしたら出来上がり～。
