Mushroom Biswue with Farfalle

I enjoy visiting Costco, particularly on the weekend. It’s always fun to try different new food products and they offer so many of them on the weekend. On good days when there are lots of interesting things, I end up trying so many, and then I have to skip a meal afterwards (lol). Anyway, a few weekends ago Terry and I tried Mushroom Bisque and we really liked it. It was pretty tasty for an instant food, and we decided to buy a box. It comes in a powdered form and you just need to add half&half, mix well, and heat up. I added sauteed mushroom, farfalle pasta, and chopped parsley. It was a perfect quick, easy, and satisfying lunch.

パスタ入りマッシュルームビスク

週末にたいてい訪れるコストコ。
楽しみの一つは、試食（笑）。
５メートル歩くごとに試食があって、調子に乗っていろいろ試していると昼食代わりになったりする（苦笑）。
で、先日、試食したマッシュルームビスクがインスタントにしてはかなり美味しかったので、一箱お買い上げ～。
（売り場での試食は大幅な売り上げにつながる、という話を聞いたことがあるけど、納得。）
粉末の袋がいくつか入ったもの。
ハーフアンドハーフ、または牛乳を加えて混ぜて加熱するだけ。
超簡単。
週末昼食は、これにパスタ、ソテーしたマッシュルーム、パセリのみじん切りを入れて出来上がり。
インスタントものもこんな風に少し手を加えるのが好き。
