Melon Balls in Vodka Syrup

These melons were very sweet, and I enjoyed them so much by themselves. But when marinated in this vodka syrup for a few hours, they turned into something special! I liked this so much because the syrup seemed to enhance the melon flavor instead of masking it. This could be a perfect dessert to end your summer dinner party, too.
vodka syrup: water, sugar, vodka, lemon juice

メロンはそのまま食べるのも美味しいんだけれど、ちょっと気取ってこんな感じのデザートにするのもいい。
メロンボールを作ったら、ウオッカ入りのシロップに数時間漬けて出来上がり。
シンプルだけれど、おしゃれな夏のディナーパーティーの締めくくりにいかがでしょう～。
