Rose Petal Ice Cream

When I bought a can of rose petal jam I found at the Indian grocery store, the only idea I had at that time was making ice cream. Although I was able to make a few other things (this, this or this) using this wonderful jam, I still had to make ice cream with this. Here it is. It didn’t disappoint me. It’s hard to explain what it tastes like other than saying that it tastes like rose (lol).

薔薇の花びらのジャムを買った時にコレを使って何を作ろうか、なかなかアイデアが思いつかなかったのだけれど、一つだけ、これを作ろう、と決めていたのが、アイスクリーム。
で、出来たのがコレ。
かなり前に作ったのだけれど、写真がイマイチで撮り直したりしていて、アップするのに時間がかかって（汗）。
どんな味？と聞かれたら、薔薇の味、と答えるしかないのだけれど、コレは実際に食べてみないとなかなか味を想像するのは難しいかな。。。
