Maple Glazed Mini Doughnuts

When I find something I like at a store, I usually give myself a few days to think and decide if I really need it. But when I saw the mini doughnut pan at the kitchen specialty store yesterday, I had to have it! I decided to try making some this morning, and when my beautiful mini doughnuts came out of the oven, I was so excited. I used the recipe that came with the pan, but I took the advice from the store’s cashier and used all purpose flour instead of cake flour. Terry and I made maple glaze with maple syrup, powdered sugar, and maple flavor. These mini doughnuts are fun to make and I can’t wait to make more again. I made 36 today and they were gone in a few hours (with some help from a few visitors).

メープルグレーズミニドーナッツ

昨日たまたまお店で見つけたミニドーナッツ焼き型、どうしても欲しくって衝動買い！
生地を型に入れてオーブンで焼くもの。
型についてきたレシピを使って作ったら、いい感じ～。
メープル味のグレーズで仕上げ。
グレーズはテリーが（私の指導の下（笑））作って仕上げもしてくれた。
写真だと分かりずらいけれど、直径4.5cmぐらいのミニサイズ。
３６個作ったのだけれど、テリーと私と、たまたま遊びにやってきた義妹夫婦と甥っ子で、すっかりきれいになくなった（笑）。
