Chili Dog

I didn’t grow up eating many hot dogs, but once in a while my mother would make some with her homemade rolls. For some reason there was always sauteed cabbage in her hot dog. So I had to add some sauteed cabbage to my chili dog, too (it’s at the bottom of the sausage so it’s a little hard to see in the picture). I remembered putting cabbage but I was also planning to add banana pepper (my favorite!) and onion at the end, and I totally forgot about them!

ホットドッグに肉と豆が入ったトマト味のチリソースをかけて、さらに、チーズをのせたこってり味（笑）。
うちは昔から、ホットドッグというとキャベツの炒めたのが入っていたので、コレももちろん炒めキャベツ入り（ソーセージの下に入っている。見えるかな？）。
あっ、生の玉ねぎとバナナペッパーというちょっとスパイシーで酸っぱいペッパーを最後にのせようと思っていて忘れた。。。
パンも手作り。
先日のバーガーバンズがあまりに気に入ってしまったので、同じ生地で、ロールパンみたいな成形にして作ったもの。
