Rice Bowl: Egg and Asparagus with Black Bean Meat Sauce

I was looking at my older blog posts and I was surprised to find that there were lots of rice bowl posts. Terry is not a big fan of plain white rice but he seems to eat more when I add things on top of rice. So definitely that’s one of the reasons I often make rice bowl. This is my recent rice bowl creation made with egg, asparagus and black bean meat sauce.
Black bean meat sauce: oil, ground pork, salt, pepper, soy sauce, black bean sauce, sugar, honey, corn starch, water

ナンだカンだといって、私はやっぱり白いご飯がちょくちょく食べたくなる。
でもテリーは白いご飯だけだとなかなか食べてくれない。
白いご飯になにものっかっていないと、醤油をかけているし。。。
それが、こうやっていろいろご飯にのせて丼風にすると結構沢山ご飯を食べてくれるので、うちはこういうのが登場すること多し。
コレは、少し甘めに焼いた卵とゆでたアスパラガスに、ブラックビーン（豆鼓）ソース味の肉だれをかけたもの。
ブラックビーン（豆鼓）ソース味の肉だれ： 油、豚ひき肉、塩、こしょう、醤油、ブラックビーンソース、砂糖、蜂蜜、コーンスターチ、水
