Maple Sweet Potato Cheesecake

This was the dessert I made for our family evening following the Swedish meatball dinner. This is my blog friend’s cheesecake recipe (Japanese) and I keep coming back to this. It’s so nice to have trusted dessert recipes that can bring consistent results. And this is certainly one of them. This time I added maple syrup and pureed sweet potato. This was very good, but I should probably have added a little more sweet potato. It would have been nice to get the bright orange color.

メープルスイートポテトチーズケーキ

先日のミートボールの夕食後用に作ったデザート。
作ったのはチーズケーキ。
うちのブログではもうおなじみとなったタラゴンさんのお母様のチーズケーキレシピ。
お客さん用に作るデザートはこういう頼れるレシピがありがたい。
今回はメープルシロップとスイートポテトのピュレー入り。
スイートポテトはもっと入れなきゃね～。
味も色もほんとォ～にほんのり。
