Vodka Berry Jelly Shots

I’m not sure how to name this thing… This was one of my impulsive creations. I wanted to make something fun and refreshing. And voila! Vodka berry jelly in sparkling citrusade. Jelly was made from vodka, store bought blueberry/pomegranate/cranberry juice, sugar, and gelatin. The jelly was cut into small dices and placed in shot glasses. Fresh blueberries and sparkling citrusade (made with sugar, water, club soda, and lemon juice) were then added.
I can’t drink a lot of alcohol, but I like the flavor of various liqueurs. Since vodka was added in such a small amount, this was a fun way for me to enjoy the little alcohol.

ウオッカ入りベリー味ゼリーショット

変な名前になってしまった。。。
要は、ウオッカ入りベリー味のゼリーが入ったシトラスソーダのショットグラス入り（長っ（笑））、とでも言ったらわかってもらえるかなあ。
とにかく涼しげなものを食べたい、飲みたい、という思いから出来上がったもの。
作り方は簡単。
ブルーベリー・ざくろ・クランベリー味の市販のジュースにウオッカを少し足して、砂糖、ゼラチンを加えて冷蔵庫でゼリー状に固める。
ゼリーは細かく切ってショットグラスに入れる。
レモン果汁、水、砂糖、クラブソーダで作ったソーダを注ぎいれて、ブルーベリーをぽとっぽとっと落としたら出来上がり。
一～二口で飲み干すショット。
アルコールはゼリーに少し入っているだけなので、お酒に弱い私にはこいういうのがぴったりかも（笑）。
