Making Cookies with Tyler and Logan

We had our nephews, Tyler and Logan, for a sleepover last night. Yesterday we decided to make cookies together, and it was a lot of fun! The boys helped me cutting cookies using cutters, and once the cookies were baked, they decorated some for themselves and some more for a surprise present for their parents with icing and color sprinkles. They did a wonderful job making and eating them!

双子の甥っ子達とクッキーを作る

二歳半になる双子の甥っ子を久しぶりにベビーシッティング。
しかも昨夜は初めてうちでお泊り。
夜は一緒にクッキー作りに挑戦することに。
うちは子供がいないので、“もし子供がいたら一緒にこういうことをやりたかったなあ”、という思いの一つがこういうことだったりするので、私のほうが興奮気味（笑）。
一緒にやったのは、クッキーの型抜きと、デコレーション。
二人ともこういう作業は結構好きなようで、“アイ・ウォン・トゥ－・ヘルプ（お手伝いしたい）！アイ・ウォン・トゥ－・ヘルプ（お手伝いしたい）！”と言い続けて、かなり長いことやっておりました。

下写真は私が残りのクッキーをアイシングしたもの。
カラフルなところは、“アメリカン”、と思っていただいくことにして（笑））。
面白いクッキー型を見つけては購入するのが好きだったりするので、集めたものを今回はいろいろ使って。
何型があるか分かるかな？？？
