Strawberry Cream Puffs

Strawberry cream puffs are perfect for the spring time because of their lightness, the fresh strawberry taste and the pretty pink color. Inside the puffs are strawberry cream and whipped cream, and they were served with white chocolate (colored pink with red coloring) and powdered sugar on top. The strawberry cream was made with Mascarpone cheese, strawberries, cream cheese, sugar, and lemon juice.

今回の中身は春らしく、苺味のクリームと生クリーム。
仕上げにはホワイトチョコレート（食紅でほのかなピンク色にしたもの）をたらっとかけて、粉砂糖をふってみた。
先日お客さんを呼んだときに出したデザート。
予想外（？）にも、男性に大人気。
ピンク色のシュークリームをつまむ男性の姿も良いものね（笑）。
テリーももちろんシュークリームは好物の一つ。
