Chocolate Bundt Cake

I love using my bundt pan to make a cake, because it’s so beautiful. Only problem I have is that it’s big. Way too big for the two of us… I have been feeding my coworkers with this chocolate cake this week. I guess everyone likes it, because every time I bring and leave it in the kitchen, it disappears very quickly. This cake is dense, moist, and very chocolaty. I love the hint of coffee flavor in it, too.

チョコレートケーキ

バレンタインズデーをちょっぴり意識して、チョコレートケーキ。
バターがたっぷり入ったケーキで、かなりしっとりした仕上がり。
コーヒー味がほんのりするところもお気に入り。
この型、形は気に入っているんだけれど、かなり大きめなのが二人暮らしの私達にはちょっとつらいところ。
職場の人にかなり消費を手伝ってもらった（笑）。。。
