Poached Egg on Cabbage and Corned Beef with Mustard Sauce

Well, this long title says pretty much all about this dish, and I’m not sure if there is anything else I need to add. Oh, I was very happy with the canned corned beef I bought from Aldi and used for this dish. It tasted much better than the one I got from a different store a few months ago. I guess the quality of canned corned beef can be different depending on the brand.
Mustard Sauce: mayonnaise, yogurt (or sour cream), Dijon mustard, horseradish (from jar), sugar, salt, pepper

コーンビーフのポーチドエッグのせとマスタードソース

キャベツの千切りを炒めたものに、スライスした缶詰のコーンビーフを焼いたものをのせ、更にその上に、ポーチドエッグをのっけたもの。
今回は、コーンビーフの缶詰、近くのディスカウントスーパーで買ったのだけれど、他の店で数ヶ月前に買ったものよりずっと美味しくってちょっとびっくり。
メーカーによって、コーンビーフの味も違うものなんだなあ、と。
マスタードソース：マヨネーズ、サワークリーム（又はプレーンヨーグルト）、デイジョンマスタード、ホースラディッシュ（瓶入りのもの）、砂糖、塩、こしょう
