Strawberry Cupcakes

There are lots of fresh strawberries both in the frosting and the cake, so it looks and tastes very strawberry! I modified this recipe by decreasing the amount of sugar and adding some lemon juice to the frosting. These are perfect for a girls’ get-together. But boys will probably like them, too (my husband and 2-year-old nephew loved them)!

新鮮な苺がたっぷり入ったカップケーキ。
バタークリームにもたっぷりと入った苺が綺麗なピンク色を出してくれた。
レシピはこちらのもの(英語）を自分の好みに少し改良したもの。
砂糖の量を減らしたり、レモン汁をクリームに加えたり。
色から言って、女の子同士の集まりなんかにぴったりかも。
ただ、うちの夫と２歳になる甥っ子には大受けだったから、ボーイズにも大丈夫だったりして（笑）。
