Peanut Butter and Banana French Toast

When I was watching Food Network the other day, they had an interesting show in which popular chefs were revealing their favorite restaurant dishes. I saw Bobby Flay talking about his favorite peanut butter and banana french toast that he orders at some restaurant, and it looked very good. Last weekend I decide to try making something similar. I added cream cheese to the filling (peanut butter and banana), as I always like the combination of peanut butter and cream cheese.

ピーナッツバターとバナナのフレンチトースト

先日Ｆｏｏｄ Ｎｅｔｗｏｒｋという料理チャンネルを見ていたら、人気シェフはレストランでどんなものを好んで頼むのか、という番組をやっていた。
人気シェフの一人、Ｂｏｂｂｙ Ｆｌａｙ（ボビー・フレイ）が好きなものの一つとして紹介していたのが、ピーナッツバターとバナナを挟んだフレンチトースト。
週末に私も早速真似してやってみた。
私バージョンは、ピーナッツバターとバナナに、さらにクリームチーズも加えて（このピーナッツバターとクリームチーズの組み合わせが好きな私）。
フレンチトーストのタネには、ラム酒を入れる、というのを番組でやっていたので、私もやってみたけれど、出来上がりには全くラム酒の味は感じられず残念。
もっとたっぷり入れないとダメなのかしらん。
