Caramel Apple Cheese Pie

When you put several good things together, you’ll end up with something super great. Sounds too simple? Well, caramel, apples, and cream cheese were put together into one creation. Mmmm, it was tasty! To make this, put a layer of mixture of cream cheese, sugar, and caramel sauce in a baked pie, and top it off with cooked apples (cooked with brown sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, and a little corn starch). Serve it with whipped cream, nuts and caramel sauce. If you use a store bought frozen pie and store bought caramel sauce like I did, you’ll have one tasty stress-free dessert.

キャラメルアップルチーズパイ

先日義父夫婦をうちに招待した時に作ったデザートがコレ。
キャラメルと林檎とクリームチーズ、好きなものばっかりを組み合わせた欲張りデザート。
市販のキャラメルソースと砂糖とクリームチーズを混ぜたものを、焼いたパイにのせたら、その上にさっと煮てとろみをつけた林檎をのせて、冷やしたら出来上がり。
食べる直前に、生クリーム、ナッツ、キャラメルソースを添えて。
アップルパイは一般的に苦手な夫（それでも作る私も私（笑）？）も、コレは美味しい、と食べてくれて。
この後数日で、きれいに無くなったのでありました。
