Tomato Salad with Creamy Gorgonzola Cheese Dressing

I found these colorful tomatoes at Trader Joe’s. They were so beautiful that I couldn’t resist and I had to have them! I love Trader Joe’s vegetable selection, as I always find something interesting and unusual that I won’t find in other grocery stores. The “pea shoots” that are placed under the tomatoes on this salad plate are a good example. I’d never seen pea shoots in other grocery stores around here. Fried onion is sprinkled on top to give a little crunchiness.

トマトサラダとクリーミーブルーチーズドレッシング

トレーダージョーズというスーパーの野菜売り場が好き。
普通のスーパーでは見かけないようなちょっと変わった野菜を見つけるのがいつも楽しみ。
先日カラフルなトマトのパックを見つけて早速購入。
オレンジ、赤、というのはよくあるけれど、緑と赤が交互に縦上に入った（すいかみたいね）のを売っているのを見るのは初めて。
もちろんお買い上げ。
ついでにこちらも初購入の“Ｐｅａ Ｓｈｏｏｔｓ（ピーシューツ）”という大きめのスプラウツみたいな野菜と一緒にサラダにしてみた。
仕上げにぱりぱりっとしたフライドオニオンをのせたら、ほんのりブルーチーズ味のクリーミードレッシングをかけて出来上がり。
こういうシンプルサラダ、大好き。
カラフルなトマト、食卓がぱっと華やぐ。
