コーン玉ねぎボールのせ素麺かぼちゃスパゲッティ”
I have to buy one at least once a season when spaghetti squash is out in stores. Taste-wise it’s not my favorite squash, but it’s just so much fun to make “spaghetti” with this.
出回ってくるとどうしても一度は買いたくなるのがコレ、素麺かぼちゃ。日本だと金糸瓜（きんしうり）とも呼ばれるようですね。味的にはすっごく好き！というかぼちゃではないのですが、これで“麺”を作るのが楽しいのです。
