Pistachio Marshmallow Dessert Salad<\/strong>

This was served at our work potluck Christmas party last week. This was absolutely delicious! It was funny, because I didn’t even know exactly what was in it other than mini marshmallows. It had a very light green color, and that was also a mystery to me. After asking around a little, I found out who had made this salad, and of course I asked her for the recipe. She said it would take less than five minutes to make it. And she was right! This was the easiest thing to make. I made this for our family get-together on the Christmas eve. <\/p>\n
