This was supposed to be cooked in my brand new tagine pot. Unfortunately, my tagine pot cracked before I could even put anything in… I guess the heat was a bit too high. I followed the directions on what to do before the initial use; I soaked it in water for 12 hours, and I also rubbed the interior with oil and placed it in the oven at 300F for a couple of hours. So I was very disappointed… Recipe was adapted from this<\/a>. As I couldn’t use my tagine pot, I made this in my Le Creuset pot instead.<\/p>\n
