Pina Colada Pancakes<\/strong>

Well, here in Minnesota we don’t really have the weather in which we can fully enjoy a tropical cocktail, like Pina Colada, at this time of the year. But these Pina Colada inspired pancakes can at least bring back some of our memories from the tropical islands we’ve visited…<\/p>\n

Coconut milk was used instead of regular milk for the pancake butter. A slice of pineapple was placed in each pancake. Served with butter and rum syrup. <\/p>\n
