I like the blue cheese burger. It often comes with bacon and caramelized onion. So, when I bought this steak, I thought why not creating the same flavor combination. The steak was topped off with crispy bacon and caramelized onion, and served with baby spinach and blue cheese sauce, which was made with blue cheese, heavy cream, sugar, salt, pepper, and flour. Very satisfying! <\/p>\n
