Pasta with Mussels and White Wine Sauce<\/strong>

Since I saw a pasta dish with clams and white wine sauce on TV the other day, I have been having a craving for such pasta. Unfortunately Constco is the only place around here that sells shellfish , and their packages are huge… They had both clams and mussels today, and they were sold in huge bags. I only needed one tenth of a bag… It took me a while to decide which to buy, but I ended up with a bag of mussels, as they were about half the price. I made this pasta dish using the mussels. This is a simple dish, made with cooked pasta, garlic, onion, white wine, lemon juice, butter, salt, pepper, and parsley. I made one more pasta dish using the mussels, but I’m still left with so many I don’t know what to do with…<\/p>\n
