I’ve been always interested in grits ever since the first time I saw the movie, “My Cousin Vinny<\/a>“. I didn’t think I could find grits here in the Midwest, but I’ve just recently found out that a local grocery store actually carries a box of small packaged instant grits. This may not be the traditional way to serve grits (I mean with beef stew), but they were really good served together. The creaminess and the perfectly salted simple flavor of the grits went well with the stew. <\/p>\n
