I actually kept the corn and sweet potato puree separate. A big scoop of sweet potato puree was placed in the middle of the soup bowl and the corn soup was poured around the puree. It was kind of fun to mix them together with a spoon for each bite. The sweetness of corn and sweet potato go well together.
