Maple Chiffon Cake<\/strong>

This was my third attempt to make a chiffon cake. The last two times were disastrous, so I was so happy to finally see this beautifully baked cake. Chiffon cake is a very light cake and is quite popular in Japan, however, I’ve never really seen any cakes called a chiffon cake in the states. It’s similar to angel food cake in a way, but I think chiffon cake is more moist and flavorful.<\/p>\n
