Bento in Japan.<\/p>\n<p>Typically ground meat is cooked with soy based sweet sauce and then placed on top of rice along with eggs and vegetables.<\/p>\n<p>My version is 100% plant-based, so what you see here are tempeh &#8220;soboro&#8221;, sugar peas, cumin tofu, and carrots.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-45659 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.culinarytribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/51.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"510\" height=\"717\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.culinarytribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/51.jpg 547w, https:\/\/www.culinarytribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/51-321x450.jpg 321w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 510px) 100vw, 510px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This is how you use the big chopsticks (called &#8220;Sai-Bashi&#8221;
