\/><\/p>\n<p>These are sweet (but not too sweet) and savory at the same time.<\/p>\n<p>So you can enjoy them for breakfast, brunch, lunch, or snack.<\/p>\n<p>Really anytime of the day.<\/p>\n<p><img height=\"717\" \/><\/p>\n<p>These are not only beautifully green, but also delicious!<\/p>\n<p>The inside is moist and the crunchy onion topping goes so well.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m not a big beer Japan), I decided to quickly put together a meal package.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-44437 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.culinarytribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/38-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"510\" height=\"717\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Isn&#8217;t it cool?<\/p>\n<p>The spinach muffins were packed with fresh grapes and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.culinarytribune.com\/?p=43864&amp;lang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">pickled rhubarb<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>This is a well-balanced lunch, if you ask me.<\/p>\n<div id=\"recipe\"><strong>Spinach Muffins with Crunchy Onion Topping<\/strong>2 tablespoons flax seed meal (ground)<br \/>\n1 and 1\/4 cup soy milk<br \/>\n1 ~1.5 cup fresh spinach<br \/>\n1\/3 cup canola oil<br \/>\n2 cups all purpose flour<br \/>\n1\/2 cup sugar<br \/>\n2 teaspoons baking powder<br \/>\na pinch salt<br \/>\n1\/2 cup crunchy fried onion1. Preheat the oven at 375 F. Line a muffin tin with liners.<br \/>\n2. In a tall container combine flax seed meal and soy milk. Let it stand for a few minutes<br \/>\n3. Add fresh spinach. Puree spinach using a hand blender.<br \/>\n4. Add the rest of the ingredients except fried onion. Combine well but do not over-mix.<br \/>\n5. Spoon the batter in the muffin tins.<br \/>\n6. Place fried onion on top.<br \/>\n7.
