1 cup water<br \/>\n&#8211; 3&#215;3 inch dried Kombu<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 tablespoon soy sauce<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 tablespoon cane sugar<br \/>\n&#8211; salt<br \/>\n1\/3 cup sauteed zucchini<br \/>\n1\/3 cup sauteed eggplant<br \/>\n1~2 tablespoons fried onions<br \/>\n2 tablespoons chopped scallion<br \/>\n2 tablespoons chopped Shiso Japanese basil<br \/>\n2 radish, grated<\/p>\n<p>1. Make soup. Combine water and Kombu in a small pot. Boil and then turn down to low heat. Add soy sauce, sugar, and salt. Mix well.<br \/>\n2.
