pot stickers, but I wanted my filling to be other than meat.<\/p>\n<p>Then I realized that I had some roasted sweet potatoes in the fridge and I decided to use them.<\/p>\n<p>This is not the first me.<\/p>\n<p>I can really focus on this one task and think about nothing else.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-43015 aligncenter\" (max-width: 510px) 100vw, 510px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I use my trusted <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zojirushi.com\/app\/product\/eadcc\" target=\"_blank\">Zojirushi griddle<\/a> for cooking my pot stickers.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s good quality, the depth of the pan is perfect for holding water, and the lid covers the entire pan very well for steaming.<\/p>\n<p>This griddle is like perfectly made (max-width: 510px) 100vw, 510px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sweet Potato Baby Bella Pot Stickers<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>filling<br \/>\n&#8211; canola oil<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 cup chopped Baby Bella mushroom<br \/>\n&#8211; 3 cloves garlic, chopped<br \/>\n&#8211; canola oil<br \/>\n&#8211; salt and pepper<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\/4 cup chopped scallion<br \/>\npot sticker wrappers<br \/>\nsauce<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 tablespoon soy sauce<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 tablespoon white vinegar<br \/>\n&#8211; a splash of sesame oil<\/p>\n<p>1. Make filling. Sautee Baby Bella and garlic in oil. Salt and pepper.<br \/>\n2. Add chopped scallion.<br \/>\n3. Place about 1 teaspoon of filling on wrappers and fold them.<br \/>\n4. Preheat the griddle at 350F. Lightly coat the griddle with canola oil.<br \/>\n5. Place the pot stickers on the griddle. Cook for a few minutes until the bottom is browned. Add about a cup of hot water. Cover with a lid. Continue to cook for a few more minutes. Take the lid off. Continue to cook until there is no water.<br \/>\n6.
